I have what may be a stupid question. Do you consider a book that is done through CreateSpace as being Print on Demand (POD). I know that most authors do, and it is listed I believe (not certain) at Amazon/Create Space as being POD.  I want to be absolutely certain of your rules regarding this before downloading anything. The particular book it would be used on would be a free one, but I'd like clarification for us all, if we may please. They would be POD and less than 100 being printed at any one time.  At the moment, there are very few sales on my  husband's books, but we are hoping with cover changes, that also will change.

I am going through all my photos on my PC and only keeping those that expressly state they may be used for commercial endeavors. I want to be certain of exactly what that means to you in regards to this particular rule.

If the book/merchandise is available for free, printed on demand or less then 100 copies are being made, then you can use my stock for free.

If the book/merchandise is being sold, or more than 100 copies are being made then i ask for a once of royalty fee, Using pay pal.

Hello there. If I used your pictures to help me with a basic framework of my own drawings (I was thinking of drawing Elsa) do I still need to credit you for the stock?

Hi, can I use more of your stock photos as the basis for my oil and watercolour portraits. I am hoping that some of my paintings may be selected as finalists in local art shows. Is this ok? I will continue to send you the links girl each painting as it is finished.

Hello Fae, I wanted to ask if you still pay for the ebook or $ 20 if more than 100 copies? I was not very clear. Excuse my English grade.

You do famous and exquisite work --   I'd love to use a couple of your photos on Instagram.   I have no intention of selling at all.

Hello there, faestock!

First of all, let me congratulate you on your photography, you're really professional and your passion really shows on your work. :)

I'm about to enter an art/poster contest, and I might use one of your pictures as a reference (via drawing / vector technique, no filter whatsoever, all work by hand) for my design. Am I allowed to use it? If not, I've got no problem in paying, as I'm a designer and I really understand that a lot of work is used in every piece you make (in this case, your pictures).
I'm still not sure if i'm gonna use one of your pictures yet, but I wanted to ask you beforehand, just in case. If my design wins (I hope so!) it's gonna be shown on museums, but it's not gonna be sold under any circumstance, just exposed. And of course I'll credit you for the reference!

Thank you for your attention!
