The way you look into the camera is both serious and timid, and I lover the way your left hand adds to the delicateness of the whole scene. Absolutely. Very nice choice of color for your outfit, however I believe if the dress was longer, the photo would have had even more impact
The way you stand (or walk) kind of makes you look stronger. I'm not sure how; I think it's because it really matches the look in you eyes.
But what I love the most about this is the way the angle makes you believe you're standing on water! I can barely see the button so at first I really thought you were standing on something under the surface to make it look that way; but it's marvelous how it makes one wonder if you really are standing on nothing but water! The Gold and silver light lines on the water add so much to the photo, because you're standing right between the two lines, and it makes everything even more unique.
Overall, this is beautiful, and you're beautiful.
